This course is aimed at those who have been asigned the role of "appointed person" for first aid.   It is also suitable for residential or domiciliary care workers studying the "Skills for Care Common Induction Standards" or NVQ mandatory units in Health and Safety and would benefit Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists and all AHP staff.

Our first aid course teaches all the necessary points of first aid, such as: how to report and record accident details; summoning help; how to put someone in the recovery position; how to respond to shock, haemorrhage, fractures and burns.
