Dental NurseLondonA private practice in central London (Harley street area) is looking for a very competent dental nurse, particularly in four-handed dentistry;
Experienced, knowledgeable and therefore proactive, able to pre-empt your needs and actions;
Eager to engage in dental procedures and with patients – someone who takes pride in their contribution to the smooth running and success of the practice;
Very organised and with proven administrative skills. Computer literate, able to implement patient management systems proactively and reactively;
Must have previous experience of working for private patients. Assertive, but friendly;
on will be required to work five days a week, Monday to Friday. A typical working day begins at approx. 08.30 for a 09.00 start and finishes by 18.00. It is a 40 hour week. Over-time is paid time-and-a-half. Lunch breaks are taken, but at no fixed times.
The salary will depend very much on experience (circa £23k), reviewed annually. Depending on performance, a bonus is given at Christmas and a team day out. There will be 20 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays. Holidays should coincide with the dentist whenever possible.
Once the person has proved to be a good, productive team member she will be encouraged to take further training and development in relevant areas.
