Software of Excellence Training Course 

NB Our Software of Excellence course is currently on hold.  We are looking for funding to be able to run the course and hope to start courses at some point in the future.  As soon as we begin running the course, we will advertise it on the website.

Almost all the dental nursing job vacancies that come into Dental Angels require candidates to be able to use Software of Excellence and without it, it can be hard to place dental staff.  We have therefore decided to team up with SOE training and run courses from our premises in central London.  The next course will be on May 22nd, numbers are limited so if you are interested please email us as soon as possible to reserve your place.

Software of Excellence or SoE is a programme used in UK Dental practices (It is also popular in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand)  It allows practice managers, dentists, dental receptionists and nurses to schedule appointments and organise the smooth running of the practice.

There are many features such as: 3D teeth charting, email & SMS communication, multi column appointment booking, document management, automatic schedule reconciliation,  and custom screens.  The instructors will take you through each of these features and help you gain confidence in using the system.

This course will be run by training staff from the company that actually make this product.  
Those attending the course will be given a certificate on completion.

       11.15am – 11.30am – TEA/COFFEE BREAK

          11.30am – 12.30pm – TRAINING SESSION 2.

       Charting

         Work through layout of chart window

         Basic treatment planning

         Use of estimates

       12.30pm – 1.30pm – BUFFET LUNCH

       1.30pm – 3.00pm – TRAINING SESSION 3.

       Charting & Appointment Book

         Complex treatment plans i.e. multiple payors

         Overview of appointment book

         Booking an appointment

         Cancelling appointments

         Options available in the appointment book i.e. pop ups, telephone icons

       3.00pm – 3.15pm – COFFEE BREAK
